Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order to the US, UK, EU and Norway.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After that, most orders arrive within about 8–10 business days in the US, UK and EU, and around 16 business days in Norway. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Will my order arrive in one package?
If you order several items they may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.
Will a code reader work on my car?
Our OBD2 readers plug into the standard 16-pin OBD2 port found on most petrol cars sold in the EU since 2001, diesels since 2004, and US cars since 1996. The port is usually under the dashboard on the driver's side.
Which plug does the battery charger come with?
You choose an EU, UK or US plug when you order.
