Free shipping on every order to the US, UK, EU and Norway.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- US, UK and EU: about 8–10 business days after dispatch
- Norway: about 16 business days after dispatch
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.
Returns
If you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us through our contact page with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll tell you where to send it.
Once we've received and checked the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
